Ex Vivo Cardio-Vascular Function

Our PEC2 team is equipped to explore cardiac function ex vivo, in isolated perfused hearts. The cardiac function of hearts of rats, mice, guinea pigs or rabbits can be assesses in the absence of any influence of the nervous and/or hormonal system, in a «simple perfusion» (Langendorff model) or «working» (Neely model) mode.
